Curiously say the least local media has not given the development that deserves to news that the Colombian army and police tactical training will armed forces of Mexico and other countries in the region.

But for the Colombian-informed suspicions are not free or only suspicions. The acts of violence, terrorism, corruption, crime and military dishonor occurred during the last ten years are so numerous and repeated that it is hard not to imagine what it will cover the training program will provide Colombia.
Here are some of the practices and tactics in which the Colombian armed forces are experts, and will surely be a fundamental part of training that will provide forces in other countries:
· False positives I - An introductory course, taught by Mindefendsa then, now president of Colombia, Juan Manuel Santos;
· False positives II - Advanced, issued by General Montoya, now ambassador to the Dominican Republic;
· Operation Jaque I - Includes manipulation tactics negotiations under the table with members of the guerrillas to release hostages, and then present them to the national and international opinion as spectacular rescue actions. The course includes a module for film production and advertising strategies of books, movies, novels and documentaries.
· Operation Checkmate II - Includes fictitious operations "rescue kidnapped Express" inhospitable and remote areas (Media communication) to make them appear before the public as effective and immediate actions to rescue. The course includes field exercises in jungle areas of the Department of Vichada.
· Rape and murder of children - Advanced course taught by Raul Munoz army lieutenant with the support of Mobile Brigade No. 5.
· As a student killed during student marches - Course taught by the director of the National Police ESMAD;
· Forming paramilitary squads - issued by retired General Rito Alejo del Rio,
· massacres and displacement of innocent civilians - issued by the command Army Brigade based Uraba;
· Advanced course on how to eliminate communists - includes introductory course in black propaganda to stigmatize as a terrorist any opposition to the incumbent government and thus give carte blanche for disposal - taught by an expert in counterinsurgency and state terrorism, former Defense Ministry adviser and former director of DAS, Jose Miguel Narvaez,
· advanced course targeted assassinations and forced disappearances - dictated by the staff of the national army;
· theoretical and practical course launch rockets - see video advertising;
The training program will culminate with a crash course in human rights, democratic security and practices state terrorism, given by Professor Emeritus, renowned international statesman and former president of the republic of Colombia, Alvaro Uribe Vélez.
